About Us
Crossroads Hope Academy is a nonprofit group foster home in Charlotte County for boys aged 12-17 from all over Florida who have a demonstrated history of being difficult for case workers to place with traditional foster families. We have 2 campuses here in Charlotte County and would love to have you come by and visit either one.
