Over the past five weeks, six local VIP celebrities have collaborated with professional artists from the Visual Arts Center to create unique collectible artworks. The teams have worked in secrecy, and their creations will be unveiled and auctioned live during the event. Additionally, attendees can enjoy music from a DJ, delicious food, and an open bar. Crews Bank & Trust branches in Charlotte, DeSoto and Sarasota Counties are once again serving as collection sites for Christmas gifts for children in need. The donated gifts will be distributed through Toys for Tots, the Salvation Army and the Florida Guardian ad Litem 20th Circuit Foundation.  The Cape Haze, Gulf Cove & Arcadia East branches are collecting unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots. Salvation Army wish lists are at the Peachland, Venice, Sarasota & Punta Gorda branches.  Guardian ad Litem wish lists are at the Murdock, North Port and Parkside branches.

The Charlotte Players are hosting a hurricane relief benefit to support Southwest Florida residents, with a special performance by the Comedy For A Cause Alumni at The Twisted Fork on Monday, December 2nd. United Way of Charlotte County 3rd Annual Festival of Wreaths, December 4, 2024 at Family Services Center-Holiday in the Courtyard, 21500 Gibralter Dr., Port Charlotte. Community Champions Breakfast - An inspiring celebration of those who are transforming lives in Charlotte County.
