This is the week!
Make sure you attend our 14th annual Consumer Marketplace Expo on Thursday at the Charlotte Harbor Event & Conference Center, 75 Taylor St., Punta Gorda.
The expo is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be plenty of parking. This highly anticipated annual event is free and open to the public. The first 500 attendees receive a complimentary swag bag.
Plus, you will have the opportunity to get your passport signed by 20 exhibitors to be eligible for a grand prize drawing.

- Network at Noon Lunch, 1:45 a.m.-1 p.m. Feb. 12 at Aileron Aviator’s Club, Sunseeker Resort’s exclusive golf course, 11274 Aileron Way, Lake Suzy. Valentine’s Day love will be in the air. - Third Wednesday Coffee, 8-9 a.m. Feb. 19 at the Realtor Association, 3320 Loveland Blvd., Port Charlotte. Coffee sponsor is Virginia B. Andes Volunteer Community Clinic. There will be delicious breakfast. Guest speaker is Emily Lewis, Deputy County Administrator, who will present The State of the County Address. This be an excellent opportunity for our members to hear what progress and strategic initiatives that are planned for Charlotte County. New member inductions. - Business Card Exchange, 5-7 p.m. Feb. 27 at Christian Brothers Auto, 24130 Beatrix Blvd., Port Charlotte. Snacks and beverages will be provided. There will be a fun ice-breaker game for everyone. PUBLIC EVENTS
- The Charlotte County Chamber’s “Social Committee,” known as F.U.N. Force (Fostering Unique Networking) is ready to kick off our first social event for 2025 with Line Dancing at the Twisted Fork, set for 5:15-10 p.m. Feb. 20. Prizes will be awarded for Biggest Hair, Biggest Hat, and Biggest Belt Buckle. The cost is $10, which includes cheese and supreme pizza, tater tots, and soft drinks. SPECIAL EVENTS
The 14th Annual Charlotte County Chamber Classic is set for May 10 at the Aileron Gulf Club, 11274 SE Aileron Way, Lake Suzy. This is your opportunity to golf at Sunseeker Resort’s exclusive golf course. Check-in is at 7 a.m. with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. All are welcome to participate is our golf tournament which funds our Junior Leadership Charlotte Program for high school juniors.
